Lookout Point in Hot Springs named one of South’s Best Inns
Lookout Point Lakeside Inn in Hot Springs was featured in this month’s issue of Southern Living magazine as one of “The South’s Best Inns” and its choice for the state of Arkansas.
The property, which is located at 104 Lookout Circle overlooking Lake Hamilton, is owned by Innkeepers Kristie and Ray Rosset. They built the inn in the early 2000s and along as being a lodging property, people can have weddings there or even take a cooking class.
Perks of staying at the inn include enjoying cuisine made by Kristie Rosset, a skilled chef and baker. Ingredients include herbs from the Lookout Point gardens. The inn even offers its own custom blend of coffee on site. Many of her recipes can also be found at the site Eight Broads In the Kitchen, which she is featured at along with seven other innkeepers from across the U.S. They also have a cookbook out.
The outdoor setting at the inn features gardens, waterfalls, a hammock, and a calming labyrinth waterfront trail. And each guest room overlooks Lake Hamilton. With prior approval, pets are also welcome at four of the guest rooms on site. There are also special packages guests can take advantage of with themes including family vacation, outdoor adventures, honeymoons, and more.
