The Grounds is a 230+ acre park developing in phases in Cabot, Arkansas. The park will feature various attractions for indoor and outdoor enthusiasts alike. We have multiple projects scheduled to develop in phases through 2025 and beyond.
Game Time at The Grounds opened in May 2024. At Game Time at The Grounds, Cabot Parks and Recreation is dedicated to providing the ultimate sports experience for athletes and sports enthusiasts alike. The 128,000+ square foot facility boasts nine full-sized high school regulation basketball courts that transition seamlessly into 17 standard volleyball or 27 pickleball courts. The facility features a large indoor turf field for various sports including: soccer, football, field hockey, softball, baseball, flag football, cheerleading, and more. In addition, the large lounge area and indoor café make this facility an ideal destination for various sporting events and tournaments alike.
