The building will save up to one million gallons of city water per year due to the recycling of rainwater into the irrigated landscape beds on the site, use of efficient irrigation equipment and the use of nine waterless urinals. Other green practices involve saving energy by use of available light, automatic lights on sensors and automatic shades.
