Objectives:
- Develop a campaign designed to educate and empower Arkansans and Arkansas-based organizations so that they can inspire their out-of-state friends and colleagues to move to Arkansas, whether you are returning home or have never lived here before. These individuals as well as economic development organizations, Chambers of Commerce, CVBs and A&Ps would serve as Ambassadors to reach out to potential targets to recruit them (back) to Arkansas.
- Speak to the interests of the individuals being targeted – desire for lower volumes of traffic, ability to maximize income on real estate, recreational offering, etc.
- Succinctly communicate the convergence of quality of life and career opportunities in Arkansas.

- Arkansans who are encouraging others to relocate to Arkansas.

- Cost of living – Arkansas is competitive with or beats other states in terms of cost of living
- Opportunities – professional and recreational – have expanded greatly in the past five to ten years

- World-class state park system
- Emphasize our abundant outdoor offerings and the restorative and therapeutic effects
